棉蘭劍橋酒店 (Cambridge Hotel Medan)

以往一直住這家酒店，但是眼瞅著一次比一次差，不知道發生了什麼，屋內設施老舊，不提供飲用水，床單也似乎好久沒換過，後邊可能要轉向其他酒店了

Sangat mengecawakan melakukan pemesanan dengan 訂房網站.com. Saya pesan hotel dengan kamar non smoking, setelah sampai di hotel pemesanannya menjadi kamar yang smoking, padahal saya melakukan check-in sesuai waktunya. Saya komplain kepada hotelnya, dan pihak hotel menjawab bahwa pesanan dari 訂房網站 adalah kamar smoking. Kemudian hotel yang saya pesan adalah jenis queen bed, namun setelah sampai di hotel ternyata diberikan single bed. Pengalaman yang sangat buruk setelah pesan di 訂房網站 karena saya pesan selama 4 malam, dan harus mengalami ketidaknyamanan tersebut selama 4 malam. Sungguh saya tidak mau lagi menggunakan aplikasi 訂房網站 ini lagi, aplikasi ini (訂房網站) tidak bisa dipercaya. Pengalaman perjalanan yang tidak menyenangkan karena perjalanan jauh yang menghabiskan 2,5 jam perjalanan pesawat, namun hasilnya tidak seperti yang diharapkan, hotel yang didapatkan tidak sesuai pesanan. Padahal masih banyak jadwal perjalanan saya berikutnya yang telah dipesan menggunakan 訂房網站, semoga tidak terjadi hal buruk berikutnya. Sangat mengecewakan. Very disappointing to make a booking with 訂房網站.com. I booked a hotel with a non-smoking room, after arriving at the hotel the booking became a smoking room, even though I checked in according to the time. I complained to the hotel, and the hotel replied that the booking from 訂房網站 was a smoking room. Then the hotel I booked was a queen bed type, but after arriving at the hotel it turned out to be given a single bed. A very bad experience after booking on 訂房網站 because I booked for 4 nights, and had to experience the inconvenience for 4 nights. I really don't want to use this 訂房網站 application again, this application (訂房網站) cannot be trusted. An unpleasant travel experience because of the long journey that took 2.5 hours of plane travel, but the results were not as expected, the hotel obtained was not according to the order. Even though there are still many of my next travel schedules that have been booked using 訂房網站, hopefully nothing bad will happen next. Very disappointing.

酒店裝潢還不錯，服務人員很熱情，位於棉蘭市中心交通方便，樓下就是商場方便買水，房間也有提供瓶裝水，總體體驗效果還不錯

Most of the guests are uneducated, mostly from outskirt. They just smooke everywhere, in the toilet, in the lobby and even in restaurant. The hotel staff should reprimand such guests, but they just ignore their terrible abd uneducated behaviour. I booked non smooking room but given smoking room with terrible smoking smell. Truly not recommend to stay in this hotel not because of the staff but because of its guest environment.

設施還行，位置還不錯，出行還可以，樓下就是商場。房間設定適閤家庭出行，兩個房間可以聯通。這個還是相當方便的

The room is spacious and the bed are comfortable. We had a good two nights sleep. The breakfast restaurant offers a very nice skyline view and has a good spread of food. I am a vegetarian but have no issues with the choice of food. The hotel is just beside a cambridge mall with restaurants, hair salons and supermarket. Overall, the stay is good.

Overall the hotel is good, comfortable Stay. Good Shower Service is good on the Reception. Polite n Helpful staff Ms Safira. Breakfast choice is variety n well Spread. Mostly Local Indonesian Dishes.

Service was very good upon arrival, the breakfast was also good as well. The room is clean and tidy.

Sangat sangat tdk sesuai dng harga segitu dan setingkat hotel bintang 5 Kamar cukup kecil dan interior kamar nya uda gadel, sarapan kena charger tambahan dng anak usia 3 thn Pkok nya gak recomemded banget lh
